You don’t need another healing loop.
You need a way forward.
For women who’ve tried to work it out, followed the advice, done the reflecting – and still feel like they’re circling the same questions without a clear way forward.

Welcome to The First Step
Session Two
The Mind Map
Welcome
Now that you’ve seen your life more clearly, this is where things begin to make sense.
This session isn’t about changing anything. It’s about recognising how your thinking shapes what you see – and where that tends to lead you.
You’re not looking for answers here. You’re noticing patterns.
Session Overview
In this session, we shift from looking at your life to understanding how you interpret it.
The Mind Map introduces a simple idea: your thinking follows familiar routes. Over time, these patterns become automatic – influencing how you respond, what you notice, and the direction you take.
This isn’t about analysing why you think the way you do. It’s about recognising that you do – and seeing where that leads.
Key Concepts
Your mind filters information constantly.
There is far more happening around you than you could ever fully process, so your mind selects what to focus on. Over time, that filtering becomes familiar – shaped by what you tend to notice, expect, and prioritise.
Alongside that, your thinking follows patterns. Certain responses become automatic, not because they are right or wrong, but because they are known.
This means that what you see, how you interpret it, and how you respond are not random. They are patterned.
When you can see the pattern, you are no longer just following it.
What You’ll Notice
As you reflect on your life and your wheel, you may begin to notice patterns in how things tend to play out.
You might recognise familiar reactions, repeated outcomes, or situations that feel predictable. You may also notice that different people would interpret the same situation in completely different ways.
There’s no need to analyse this deeply. Just notice what feels consistent, what feels familiar, and what stands out to you.
This Week’s Decision
Based on what you can see, choose one pattern that feels clear and easy to recognise.
Not the biggest one. Not the most important one. Just the one that stands out.
This week, your focus is simple: notice it when it happens.
And in one moment – just one – choose a slightly different response.
Not perfect. Not permanent. Just different.
