Mentor, Author & Creator of the PAUSE Philosophy™
You don’t need another healing loop.
You need a way forward.
For women who’ve tried to work it out, followed the advice, done the reflecting – and still feel like they’re circling the same questions without a clear way forward.
Presence. Process. Proceed.
A grounded philosophy for self-trust, clarity, and moving forward.

About Nina
Mentor, Author, and Creator of The PAUSE Philosophy™
I’m Nina Stanyer. I work with women who are tired of circling the same pain, second-guessing themselves, and feeling like they should be further along by now. My work is about helping women find clarity, rebuild self-trust, and move forward with stronger internal authority.
I don’t believe women need more fixing. I believe they need space to hear themselves clearly, understand what’s really going on, and choose what comes next from a steadier place.
Why I Do This Work
My work is personal.
I know what it is to lose yourself inside experiences that change the way you see yourself, your voice, and your place in the world. I know what it is to live with fear, shame, silence, and disconnection – and to wonder how to find your way back.
What changed things for me was not another loop of talking about the pain. It was steady support, clear reflection, and the kind of space that helped me begin finding my way back to myself.
That experience shaped everything I do now.

What I Stand For
I created The PAUSE Philosophy™ to give women a grounded way forward.
Presence. Process. Proceed.
At the heart of my work is the belief that clarity changes everything. When a woman can slow down enough to notice what is happening, name what matters, and begin trusting her own direction, different choices become possible.
That is what my work supports.
Not performance.
Not endless analysing.
Not staying stuck in the story.
But clarity, choice, and self-leadership.
How I Work
Through Centre Point, The First Step, Dragonfly Awakening, and Life in Balance, I support women at different points in their journey.
Some arrive knowing something feels off but can’t yet name it.
Some are ready for deeper identity and self-trust work.
Some need a steadier way to stay connected to themselves as they move forward.
Wherever a woman begins, the aim is the same: to help her stop circling, understand what is really asking for attention, and move forward with greater confidence in her own voice and direction.
A Little More About Me
Alongside my mentoring work, I’m also an author and speaker. These parts of my work come from the same place: a deep belief that women deserve spaces where truth, clarity, and self-trust are possible.
I don’t walk beside women as someone who has it all perfectly figured out. I walk beside them as someone who knows what it means to lose yourself – and what it takes to come back.
