When you know something has to change – but you can’t see the next move.
Centre Point is a free, one-off clarity session with Nina Stanyer.
We locate where you are, name what’s actually happening, and map your next step.

One conversation. Clear direction. No emotional over-processing.

You feel capable – but not clear. You keep circling the same thoughts, sensing something needs to change without quite being able to name what it is. You’re tired of carrying it alone, but you don’t need a full life overhaul. You need a place to begin.

This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about locating where you are now.

Centre Point is a free, 60-minute, one-to-one conversation designed to help you see what is happening right now, what you may be making it mean about yourself, and what one honest step could come next.

It is structured, direct, and focused. You will leave with clearer language for what has been difficult to name, and one grounded step you can take from where you are.

"I came into Centre Point thinking I needed to explain everything that had happened. What I actually needed was someone to help me see where I was standing, what was mine to choose, and what direction made sense next."

Trudy Mason

"Centre Point helped me realise I wasn’t as stuck as I thought. I had been circling the same questions, but once things were named clearly, I could see my next step without needing everything solved first."

Samantha Burke

"I truly didn’t know what to expect when I went into my Centre Point session with Nina. What surprised me most was the clear direction and the clarity (as she says) that I got from it. I’m excited to move forward now I have direction."

Centre Point is a contained conversation.

It is not therapy, crisis support, or long-term processing.

It is a focused place to pause, look clearly, and name what belongs next.

There is no pressure to continue into a program. If further support would genuinely help you, I’ll explain what that could look like – and you can decide from there.

After your Centre Point session, you’ll walk away with clearer language for what has been difficult to articulate, a better understanding of where you are right now, and a next step you can act on.+

Most importantly, you’ll leave with one clearer place to stand.

A bit about me -

I’m Nina Stanyer, creator of The PAUSE Philosophy™. I design steady, choice-focused conversations where women strengthen awareness and make clear, grounded decisions about what comes next.

My work is informed by lived experience and years of supporting women navigating change, complexity, and growth. Centre Point reflects that understanding – structured, calm, and clarity-led.

Centre Point exists to locate you – not to overwhelm you with more content, but to help you see where you stand and what your next step truly is.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Centre Point?

Centre Point is a free, one-off Where-Am-I-Now Conversation with Nina Stanyer. It is designed to help you locate where you are, name what is happening, and choose one honest next step.

Is this a coaching session?

Not in the traditional sense. Centre Point is a focused conversation, not an ongoing coaching commitment. It gives you space to pause, look clearly, and decide what belongs next from where you are now.

Do I need to know exactly what I want help with?

No. You only need to know that something feels unclear, heavy, repetitive, or ready to change. Part of the conversation is helping you find language for what has been hard to name.

Will I be pressured to join a program afterwards?

No. If further support could genuinely benefit you, I’ll explain what that might look like, but the choice is yours. Centre Point is about clarity first, not pressure.

Is Centre Point suitable if I need deep emotional support?

Centre Point is a focused conversation, not crisis support or therapy. If what you need is deeper emotional processing, therapeutic care, or immediate safety support, I may suggest that a different kind of support would be more appropriate.

What happens after I book?

Once you make contact, we’ll organise a suitable time for your session. The conversation runs for approximately 60 minutes and is held online unless otherwise arranged.

What will I leave with?

You will leave with clearer language for what is happening, a better understanding of where you are right now, and one honest next step you can choose from there.

If you’re at a turning point, you don’t have to wait until everything becomes louder.
