What is The First Step?
The First Step is a guided entry program for women who are ready to turn insight into direction. It helps you look at where you are now, what matters to you, what may be shaping your choices, and what next step feels grounded and aligned.

Who is The First Step for?
The First Step is for women who know something needs to change but want structure, reflection, and support before moving into deeper work. It is especially useful if you feel unclear, stuck, pulled in different directions, or unsure where to begin.

How is this different from Centre Point?
Centre Point is a free, one-off clarity conversation. The First Step is a paid entry program that gives you more time and structure to explore your current position, values, beliefs, patterns, and direction.

Do I need to have done Centre Point first?
Not necessarily. Centre Point can be a helpful starting point if you are unsure what fits, but The First Step is suitable if you already know you want a more structured beginning.

Is this a deep healing program?
No. The First Step is not designed for deep emotional processing or trauma excavation. It is a structured clarity and direction program that helps you understand where you are and what may be ready to shift next.

What will we look at during The First Step?
We look at your current life balance, values, beliefs, patterns, and possible next steps. The aim is not to overwhelm you with more information, but to help you see yourself and your direction more clearly.

What happens after The First Step?
After The First Step, you may feel complete with the clarity you have gained, or you may choose to continue into another part of the Nina Stanyer ecosystem, such as Dragonfly Awakening, Life in Balance, or another suitable pathway.

Will I be told what to do next?
No. You will not be told who to be, what to choose, or which direction to take. The purpose is to help you strengthen your own clarity, judgement, and self-trust so you can choose your next step from within.

What will I walk away with?
You will walk away with a clearer understanding of where you are, what matters to you, what may be influencing your choices, and what direction feels most aligned from here.
