Life in Balance

The Compass of Harmony

A steady 1:1 space for women who know something feels off – and want to meet life with more clarity, choice, and self-trust.

Life in Balance is not a course to complete or a process to follow.

It is a 1:1 orienting space where we slow down, notice what is present, and gently clarify what your next step may be.

There is no pressure to fix everything.
No need to arrive with the perfect words.
No performance. No homework treadmill. No over-processing.

Just a steady space to return to yourself, understand what matters, and choose from there.

Life in Balance may be for you if…

You are doing “fine” on the outside, but something feels slightly off underneath.

You can feel a shift in your body, mood, energy, or choices, but you can’t quite name what it is yet.

You have done deep work before, but real life still tests your steadiness.

You do not want more content, more tools, or more homework.

You want a space where you can notice what is happening, understand what matters, and respond with more clarity.

Life in Balance is for the woman who does not need to be rescued - but does want a steady place to orient when life becomes complex.

A space to notice, orient, and choose

At its core, Life in Balance is an orientation space.

It begins with a simple question:

Where is your attention being drawn right now?

From there, we gently explore one of four areas:

Body Wisdom - what your body may be signalling
Mind Mirror - what story or interpretation may be shaping your perspective
Heart Truth - what you may be feeling or needing beneath the surface
Soul Compass - what feels aligned, misaligned, ending, or quietly emerging

These are not problems to solve.

They are places of attention.

Life in Balance helps you notice where strain, ease, clarity, or confusion is showing up, so you can respond with more awareness and less urgency.

What a Life in Balance session feels like

A Life in Balance session is spacious, steady, and client-led.

You do not need to prepare anything.

We begin with where you are.

Together, we notice what feels present, unclear, stretched, unsettled, or ready for attention. We explore lightly, clarify gently, and return your agency to you.

You may leave with a realisation, a choice, a boundary, a next step, or simply a steadier sense of where you stand.

One clear shift is enough.

This is not about dramatic breakthroughs.
It is about creating enough clarity for choice to become available.

What Life in Balance can support

Life in Balance can support you to:

Notice what feels off before it becomes overwhelming.

Understand what your body, mind, heart, or intuition may be showing you.

Respond with steadiness rather than urgency.

Make smaller, clearer, more self-led choices.

Trust your own judgement more deeply over time.

Stay connected to what matters without needing to force an answer.

This work is subtle, but it is not small.

Over time, steadiness becomes something you practise, not something you wait to feel.

What women notice in this space

The shifts in Life in Balance are often quiet but significant — more steadiness, more clarity, and more room to choose well.

"Through The First Step, Dragonfly Awakening, and now the Life in Balance program, Nina has held space with kindness and care. I’ve grown so much and continue to rediscover the parts of me that I thought I had lost."

SM

"Life in Balance helps me slow down enough to hear myself clearly. I’m not chasing breakthroughs anymore. I’m learning to trust the quieter signals and choose from there."

Mandy Sandal

"What I love about Life in Balance is that there’s no pressure to perform growth. I can arrive exactly where I am, notice what matters, and leave with a steadier sense of myself."

A bit about me

I’m Nina Stanyer, creator of The PAUSE Philosophy™.

I design steady, choice-focused spaces where women strengthen awareness, self-trust, and internal authority.

My work is informed by lived experience, grounded reflection, and years of supporting women as they navigate change, complexity, and growth.

Life in Balance reflects what I deeply believe:

You do not always need more information.
Sometimes you need a place to notice what is true, return to yourself, and choose your next step with greater clarity.

Questions you may be asking

Is Life in Balance only for clients who have completed Dragonfly Awakening?

No. Many women enter Life in Balance after completing Dragonfly Awakening, but it can also be entered as a standalone 1:1 container by invitation. The common thread is readiness for awareness-led work rather than crisis support.

Is this a course?

No. Life in Balance is not content to complete or a program to work through. It is an orienting space that supports understanding, choice, and steadiness in real time.

How often do sessions take place?

Session rhythm is agreed together. For many clients, this looks like fortnightly support, but the focus is steadiness rather than frequency.

Do I need to prepare anything before a session?

No. You are welcome to notice what has your attention, but there is nothing you need to complete, write, or bring. We begin with where you are.

Will we process past trauma here?

Life in Balance is not designed for intensive trauma processing or past-focused excavation. If deeper or more structured support is needed, we can discuss what may be more appropriate within the wider ecosystem.

What will I leave with?

You may leave with clearer language, a steadier internal position, a small next step, or a deeper understanding of what matters. The aim is not to force a big breakthrough. The aim is to help choice become available.

How do I begin?

Life in Balance is offered by invitation. If you feel drawn to this space, you are welcome to enquire, and we will explore whether it is the right fit.

If Life in Balance feels like the space you have been looking for, you are welcome to request an invitation.

This is a space for steadiness, clarity, and choice - not pressure, performance, or over-processing.

When life is asking something of you, you do not have to meet it alone.
