Not a program to complete. Not a process to follow. A space to return to, so you can notice what’s present and choose your next step without pressure or performance.
Life in Balance is perfect for you if:

You’re not in crisis – you just want to stay steady in what matters as life unfolds.
When we ignore subtle signals, they tend to get louder. What begins as a quiet sense of “something’s off” can turn into fatigue, irritability, disconnection, or self-doubt – not because you’re broken, but because something is asking to be noticed.
It’s not that you’re broken, behind, or doing it wrong. Often, it’s simply that you don’t yet have a reliable way to orient when life gets complex – especially after you’ve already done so much inner work.
Life in Balance isn’t here to give you answers. It’s here to support understanding, so choice stays available.
Life in Balance is an invitation-only, 1:1 orienting container. It’s a space you return to between sessions and over time to notice what’s present, understand what matters, and strengthen your relationship with choice.
At its core are four areas of life that shape how steady we feel:
• Body Wisdom – the signals and sensations that tell us something is shifting
• Mind Mirror – the stories and interpretations shaping our perspective
• Heart Truth – the emotions and needs asking to be acknowledged
• Soul Compass – the quiet direction guiding our next step
These are not problems to solve. They are places of attention. When one area is under strain, it inevitably affects the others. Life in Balance simply helps you notice where your attention is needed most – so balance can restore through awareness rather than pressure.

Life in Balance supports clearer awareness when something feels off, without the urgency to correct it. Instead of analysing or pushing through, you begin noticing what’s present and responding with steadiness.
Over time, this builds quieter self-trust. Decisions feel less pressured and more aligned. Your body becomes information rather than something to override, and choice becomes available in moments that once felt automatic.
Curiosity replaces urgency. Integration replaces performance.
Your Life in Balance space includes fortnightly 1:1 sessions by agreement, creating a steady rhythm of reflection and recalibration. You’ll have access to the Life in Balance Hub, which holds the Welcome space, the four orienting sections – Body Wisdom, Mind Mirror, Heart Truth, and Soul Compass – and a Reference Library to support language, noticing, and gentle preparation between sessions. If something specific begins to surface that needs closer attention, we can agree on a focused “refresh” session within the wider ecosystem. Everything is designed to support steadiness, not dependency.
Life in Balance unfolds gently. When something feels unsettled – even subtly – you return to the Hub and allow your attention to land where it naturally wants to go. You may find yourself drawn to one of the four orienting sections, simply to understand what is present rather than to change it. In our 1:1 sessions, we then explore what’s emerging and what matters, so you leave with clearer internal direction and a steadier next step. There is no pressure to solve everything. Awareness leads, and balance follows.
Over time, Life in Balance supports a quieter steadiness in how you move through your life. You may notice less urgency to analyse or react, and more capacity to pause and meet what’s in front of you honestly. Decisions begin to feel less pressured and more aligned. Your body becomes information rather than something to override, and your choices feel rooted in what matters rather than in fear or habit. Progress here doesn’t look dramatic – it feels integrated.
In this space, curiosity replaces urgency. Clients often find that when they become gently curious about their reactions rather than critical of them, a quieter mind and clearer self-honesty begin to emerge. From there, choosing gently becomes more available – particularly in moments that once triggered pushing through, shutting down, or over-explaining.

I’m Nina Stanyer, creator of The PAUSE Philosophy™. ™. I design steady, choice-focused spaces where women strengthen awareness and lead themselves with clarity and intention.
My work is informed by both lived experience and years of supporting women navigating change, challenge, and growth. Life in Balance reflects that understanding – steady, trauma-aware, and choice-focused.

Is Life in Balance only for clients who’ve completed Dragonfly Awakening?
No. While many women enter Life in Balance after completing Dragonfly Awakening, it can also be entered as a standalone 1:1 container by invitation. The common thread is readiness for awareness-led work rather than crisis support.
Is this a course?
No. Life in Balance isn’t content to complete or a program to work through. It’s an orienting space that supports understanding and choice in real time.
How often do sessions take place?
Session rhythm is agreed together. For many clients, this looks like fortnightly support, but the focus is steadiness rather than frequency.
Will we process past trauma here?
Life in Balance isn’t designed for intensive trauma processing. If deeper or more structured healing work is needed, we will discuss the most supportive container within the wider ecosystem.
How do I begin?
